Product boundary
The platform records attributable claims, preserves evidence, executes customer-approved workflows and generates downloadable packages. It does not determine legal applicability, certify compliance, make purchase or release decisions, or transmit packages to authorities.
Evidence and record integrity
- Original file bytes are preserved; extracted, redacted and reformatted files are identified derivatives.
- Finalized events and claims are append-only; corrections supersede.
- Signatures bind a person, meaning and exact record hash.
- Counterparty disclosure is controlled by explicit sharing grants.
Deterministic work first
Schema validation, required-section checks, citations, version labels, dates, numbering, defined terms, cross-references, spelling, grammar, style rules, calculations and package manifests do not require a language model. Their rules and results remain reproducible.
Narrow AI boundary
AI may classify documents, extract candidate facts, compare passages and suggest wording. Candidate output is labeled, source-linked and reviewed. AI does not autonomously decide applicability, approve an SOP, release a batch, authorize a purchase, classify waste, declare compliance or submit to an authority.
Ownership and portability
Customer content remains customer content. Complete exports include versioned records, original evidence, manifests, hashes and disclosed exceptions. Customer data is not sold or used for cross-customer model training by default.
